Your Rights and Obligations Explained

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "j666", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to j666.bet and all associated services, products and digital properties operated thereunder.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the j666 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on j666.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, fishing game, slot, or any other product available on the j666 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements as communicated at the point of award.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process j666 may require Users to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate by j666.
• "NID" means National Identity Document — a government-issued identity document acceptable under Bangladeshi law for the purposes of KYC verification.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the j666 website, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the j666 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any individual promotion terms.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first access to the j666 platform and continue to apply for the duration of your use of the platform and any period thereafter as expressly stated herein.

j666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page regularly to ensure you remain aware of the current Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register an Account with j666, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the j666 platform or under any exclusion arrangement relating to j666.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor or agent of j666, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

3.2 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the j666 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current and complete information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and preferred payment method details. j666 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on j666. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, j666 will close all Accounts associated with that individual and may withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

j666 may request KYC documentation from any User at any point, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching a specified cumulative deposit threshold, or where j666 has reasonable grounds to verify identity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by j666 may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. j666 will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

You must notify j666 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. j666 may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

j666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At j666's sole discretion for any other operational or compliance reason.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j666 reserves the right to withhold any Balance held in the Account pending the outcome of any investigation.

4.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting j666 customer support via live chat or email. Any real-money Balance remaining in a verified Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding charges.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. j666 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment method options without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though j666 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming or compliance purposes. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any associated transaction fees.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your j666 Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit on your j666 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. j666 aims to process all withdrawal requests within one to three hours for fully verified Accounts, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

j666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed pending satisfactory provision of requested documentation.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on j666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). j666 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion costs will be borne by the User.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All Wagers are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Wager details — including the selection, stake amount and market — before confirming. j666 will not reverse or amend a confirmed Wager except in the specific circumstances described in Section 6.3.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, sport and event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of Wager placement. j666 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any market, event or individual Account at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

j666 reserves the right to void any Wager in the following circumstances:

• The relevant sporting event is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled beyond the applicable deadline.
• A palpable error in odds or market configuration is identified, including errors caused by technical or human error.
• The Wager was placed in contravention of these Terms, including where Prohibited Conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• The result of the event cannot be conclusively determined.

Where a Wager is voided, the stake amount will be returned to your Account Balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. Odds for in-play markets are updated continuously and j666 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the time you submit a Wager will be identical to the odds at which the Wager is confirmed, owing to the real-time nature of in-play odds movement. j666 will endeavour to honour Wagers at the odds displayed where technically feasible.

7 Casino & Games

j666 offers a range of casino and gaming products including live casino tables, slots, and fishing games. All gaming products are provided by independent third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and others. Each provider's individual game rules apply and are accessible within the relevant game interface.

All slot and RNG-based games on j666 utilise certified Random Number Generator technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within the game interface or help section. Live casino games are operated from licensed studio facilities using real dealers and physical equipment.

j666 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or provider. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform at any time. j666 will not be liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of a specific game.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on j666 are subject to individual terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These individual terms take precedence over any general statement about bonuses on the j666 platform.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and minimum odds will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are kept separate in your Account. Real-money Balance is used for Wagers first unless you elect otherwise.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse, exploit or circumvent the terms and conditions of any bonus or promotion — including by opening multiple Accounts, using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, placing offsetting Wagers, or systematically exploiting promotional offers — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. j666 reserves the right to cancel Bonus Funds, void associated winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

j666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Modification of a promotion does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to your Account under the previous terms, provided those Bonus Funds remain valid under the original time limit.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j666 platform. Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other point.
• Operating more than one Account on j666.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or Account credentials.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other technological means to place Wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing errors to place Wagers at incorrect odds.
• Bonus abuse as described in Section 8.3.
• Money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime conducted through the j666 platform.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing j666 staff, support agents or other platform users.

10 Responsible Gaming

j666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Users. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the j666 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the j666 platform — including but not limited to the j666 brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, text, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to j666. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in j666's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the j666 platform or its content without the prior written consent of j666.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the j666 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or computer damage, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

j666's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j666 platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j666 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j666 will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned maintenance downtime but does not guarantee its ability to do so in all circumstances.

13 Privacy & Data

j666's collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data is governed by the j666 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an Account with j666, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

j666 collects personal data — including identity information, contact details and payment information — for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and improvement of j666 services. j666 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

j666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, j666 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the j666 platform.

Amended Terms become effective on the date specified in the notification or, where no date is specified, on the date the revised Terms are published on the j666 platform. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and betting services in the jurisdiction in which j666 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
